Terms of Service

Naruto Realms is a free, Naruto-themed Discord game that lets users collect virtual cards, fight 3v3 battles, raid bosses, form clans, and participate in cross-server warfare. The Website offers leaderboards, server-admin tools, and a command reference.

The Service is operated by 09Clicks (Germany) as a fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Shueisha, TV Tokyo, Pierrot, or any official Naruto rights-holder.

The Bot and Website are free forever with no required payment. No pay-to-win mechanics exist. Stronger cards cannot be bought with real money.

We may introduce optional cosmetic perks (custom card frames, profile backgrounds) or quality-of-life add-ons (extra daily rolls, faster cooldowns) in the future. These will never affect game balance.

You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service including its minimum age requirements (13+, or higher where your local law mandates). We don't maintain separate accounts — your Discord user account is your identity in the game.

You agree NOT to:

• Use exploits, bugs, or third-party tools to gain unfair advantage
• Run automated scripts, self-bots, or other automation to interact with the Bot
• Operate multiple Discord accounts ("alts") to circumvent gameplay limits
• Harass, threaten, or otherwise abuse other players via the Bot
• Use the Bot or game-data to advertise external services, scams, or invite-links in cross-server war announcements
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Bot
• Resell, monetize, or commercially redistribute Bot data or assets

We may suspend or terminate access for any user or server that violates these rules. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent IP/account blacklist on the Bot.

If you invite the Bot to a Discord server you manage, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your server complies with Discord's Community Guidelines
• Configuring channel/role permissions for the Bot appropriately
• Disclosing to your members that the Bot collects gameplay data per the Privacy Policy

Character names, likenesses, and lore depicted in the Bot are the property of their respective rights-holders (Masashi Kishimoto, Shueisha, TV Tokyo, Pierrot, et al.). They are used here under principles of fair-use commentary and fan-creativity, without commercial intent. If any rights-holder requests removal, we will comply promptly.

Bot code, game mechanics, and the Website design are © 09Clicks. You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative works without written permission.

Cards, Ryo, XP, ranks, achievements, and all other in-game items are not property. They cannot be sold, transferred outside the Bot, or redeemed for cash. They have no real-world monetary value. We may modify, reset, or delete any in-game items at our discretion (e.g. for balance reasons, exploit recovery, or service termination).

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. Major changes will be announced in the official Discord server.

You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server, leaving servers that use it, or requesting account deletion via the Privacy Policy contact channels.

We may terminate or restrict your access without notice if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a risk to other users.

The Service is provided "as is"without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. You use it at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 09Clicks and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to loss of in-game progress, data, or virtual items.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced in the official Discord and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them. If you don't agree, stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.
